FinJS’s Developer Event Expands to Chicago with JavaScript Creator Brendan Eich as Keynote 

Popular FinTech developer event comes to Chicago for the first time hosted by Trading Technologies and featuring speakers from Microsoft, NodeSource, OpenFin and ChartIQ

August 3, 2017 – New York and London – Today, FinJS is announcing the first of a series of new expansions for their global developer event. This new expansion will bring FinJS to new cities and new developer audiences, beginning with FinJS Chicago on September 6th, 2017 at Trading Technologies global headquarters. Founded by OpenFin and jointly sponsored by Adaptive, ChartIQ, Scott Logic and Symphony Software Foundation, FinJS provides capital markets developers with a one-of-a-kind showcase for innovations driven by web technologies. FinJS hosts multiple exclusive events in New York and London every year. These events are attended by CTOs, eCommerce managers, development managers, product managers and other thought-leaders from banks, buy-side and industry-leading technology platforms. FinJS Chicago will feature developer-focused talks and demos from ChartIQ, Microsoft, NodeSource, OpenFin, and Trading Technologies. Brendan Eich, CEO of Brave Software and former co-founder/CTO of Mozilla, will close out the event as its keynote speaker.
